Membership
Membership is granted at the discretion of GKCC and its affiliated committees. Your membership card and profile details must be accurate and kept up to date. GKCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for providing false information or violating these Terms.
Job Portal
Companies posting job openings are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and must comply with applicable employment laws. Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents submitted with their applications. GKCC does not guarantee employment outcomes and is not a party to any employment relationship formed through the platform.
Vendor and Company Registration
Vendors and companies registering on the platform must provide accurate business information and are solely responsible for the products, services, or job opportunities they list. Listings are subject to review and may be removed at GKCC's discretion if found to be inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including posting false or misleading information, impersonating another person or organization, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any part of the website.
Intellectual Property
